Marc Marco has been working as a financial and tax consultant for biotechnology-based and health sciences companies for more than 10 years.

He is specialized in R&D taxation. He began his professional career in the tax area in 2005 from the family firm EGE Agora, assuming his management shortly after (June 2007). In 2016, he began his collaboration in the consulting firm of technology-based companies Acella Incubator, being responsible for the financial area and CEO.

He is currently CFO in different companies such as PTS (since 2016), Columbus Foundation (since 2017) and Viralgen (since 2019).

He has participated in the planning and design of several corporate structures, has participated in different startup due diligence processes and has managed financing for startups for more than 40 million euros, highlighting the design and achievement of a syndicated loan of 30 million euros for Viralgen Commercial.

Marc holds a Degree in Business Administration and a Master in Management Control and Finance from the University of Valencia and a Master in Taxation from the College of Economists of Valencia.
