Ana has an extensive experience in commercial law advising national and foreign clients of companies, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
After completing the double master’s degree in access to the legal profession and international business law at the CEU Cardenal Herrera University, she developed her professional career in professional firms such as KPMG Abogados, S.L.P and Quáter Abogados, S.L.P.
During his professional career his work has focused mainly on the following areas: (i) Corporate Law; (ii) Mergers and Acquisitions; (iii) Commercial Contracts (especially contracts for the provision of services, execution of works, distribution and agency); (iv) Data Protection; and (v) Intellectual Property.
