1. Identification of the data controller

The main purpose of these profiles is to promote our services and connect with clients or potential clients.

If you, as a user, have a profile on the same Social Network as our company, you may freely join the page we have created, thus expressing your interest in the information we publish on that Social Network.

By joining, you provide us with visibility to certain personal information you have shared publicly on your profile.

Only if you join our Social Network pages, your profile data will be processed by our company only within the Social Network itself and will never be processed by us outside it without your prior consent.

As a user, you may access the privacy policies of the respective Social Network at any time and set your profile to ensure the privacy of any data you do not wish to make public.

2. Posts

Once you have joined our page, and if you think it is convenient, you may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. Remember that in all cases you must be the owner of these materials, own copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

It is expressly forbidden to make any publication on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., which are related to minors, those that may or may harm the honor, morals, ethics, good taste, decorum and / or violate or infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or any other rights provided by law. In such cases, our company reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

Our company shall not be responsible for the content that a user has freely posted. The user must know their posts will be seen by other users and, therefore, will be solely responsible for their posts and their privacy.

3. Advertising

Our company may use the Social Network for advertising purposes, always complying with current applicable regulations on Data Protection and the ISS-EC.

It will not be considered advertising to recommend our pages to other users so that they can also benefit from promotions, or be informed about events or activities of our entity.

4. Contests and Promotions

Our company reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions in which users who so wish, and are connected to our page, may take part. The rules of each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be posted, always complying with the corresponding law or regulation.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or manage in any way any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

5. Personal Information

As Data Controller, our company shall perform the following actions:

• Access to the public information of the user’s profile.
• Answer user requests.
• Send individual messages to the user through the Social Network channels.
• Publish information related to our company in the user’s profile.
• Update the page status, that will be posted on the user’s profile.

The user may stop following our company on social networks at any time, control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, they must access their privacy settings.
