Jose Vicente Pons is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Business Innovation, where he supports innovative startups in bringing their products and services to international markets, with a focus on Biotechnology, Food, and Nutrition.
He holds a Master’s in Economic Engineering (Karlsruhe, Germany), a Master’s in Production and Inventory Control (APICS), and completed an Entrepreneurship program at MIT. Jose Vicente is an investor and advisor in the fields of biotechnology, medical devices, and digital marketing, as well as a co-founder of several biotech companies.
With over 15 years of global experience as CEO of biotechnology and innovation-based companies, he has also led entrepreneurship development programs with MIT. He has helped raise over €500 million in funding, including a public listing on the Spanish Stock Exchange to support innovation-driven companies.
He currently also serves as Operating Partner at Columbus Venture Partners.
