Eva Rodrigo has developed her professional career in the financial sector, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Columbus, she spent 13 years at Livingstone Partners, an international boutique firm specializing in corporate finance advisory for privately held companies in the mid-market segment. During this time, she led buy-side, sell-side, and debt restructuring transactions across various sectors, with a strong focus and high level of specialization in the industrial and food sectors.
She also has experience in financing across multiple areas. She began her career in the structured finance department of Bancaja (now Bankia), where she participated in the design and execution of debt operations totaling more than €17 billion, aimed at wholesale markets to finance the institution. Prior to joining Livingstone, she served as Head of Financial Management at a major real estate development group.
Eva holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia, and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Quantitative Finance after completing a joint PhD program among the University of Valencia, Complutense University of Madrid, University of the Basque Country, and University of Castilla-La Mancha.
