Dulce Iborra

Chief Corporate Officer (CCO)

Dulce Iborra has over 20 years of experience in the corporate healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Her specialty is corporate communications, where she has developed the strategic communication frameworks for some of the most prominent multinational companies in the field of genetics and reproductive medicine. She holds degrees in Journalism (CEU) and Advertising & Public Relations (UOC), and completed a Master’s in Cultural Studies and Communication Policies at the University of Valencia.

Between 2006 and 2016, she was part of the core team at IVI clinics, where she eventually led the communications department, designing and implementing the global communication policies of the group and its spin-offs, including Igenomix (now Vitrolife), Dibimed, IVIDA, and others.

In 2016, Dulce launched a healthcare-focused communications project, combining her expertise in reproductive and genetic medicine with other areas such as pain management and aesthetic medicine. Today, her agency, La Embajadora, serves more than 100 medical and biotech organizations, providing strategic positioning and effective communication solutions worldwide.

Dulce is a regular contributor to Spanish media as an expert in healthcare and biotechnology, and is strongly committed to spreading meaningful ideas—one of the reasons why she is a TEDx Valencia leader.
