Ana has extensive experience in commercial law, advising both national and international clients, including companies, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs.
After completing a dual Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law at CEU Cardenal Herrera University, she developed her professional career at law firms such as KPMG Abogados, S.L.P. and Quáter Abogados, S.L.P.
Throughout her career, her work has primarily focused on the following areas: (i) Corporate Law, (ii) Mergers and Acquisitions, (iii) Commercial Contracting (particularly service agreements, construction contracts, distribution and agency agreements), (iv) Data Protection, and (v) Intellectual Property.
