The main purpose of these profiles is to promote our services and connect with clients or potential clients.

If you, as a user, have a profile on the same Social Network as our entity, you may freely join the page we have created, thereby expressing your interest in the information we publish on that Social Network.

By joining, you make certain personal data that you have publicly shared on your profile visible to us.

Only if you join our Social Media pages, your profile data will be processed by our entity exclusively within the Social Network itself and will never be processed by us outside of it without your prior consent.

As a user, you may access the privacy policies of each respective Social Network at any time and configure your profile to ensure the privacy of any data you do not wish to make public.

2. Publications

Once you have joined our page, and if you deem it appropriate, you may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. Please remember that in all cases you must be the owner of these materials, hold copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the third parties concerned.

It is expressly prohibited to publish any content on the page—texts, graphics, photos, videos, etc.—that relates to minors, or that may harm honor, morals, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or violates intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or any other rights established by law. In such cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

Our entity shall not be held responsible for content freely published by users. Users must be aware that their publications will be visible to other users and, therefore, are solely responsible for their publications and privacy.

3. Advertising

Our entity may use the Social Network for advertising purposes, always complying with current regulations on Data Protection and LSSI-CE.

Recommending our pages to other users so they can also benefit from promotions or stay informed about events or activities of our entity will not be considered advertising.

4. Contests and Promotions

Our entity reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which users connected to our page may participate. The rules for each will be published on the platform used for the Social Network, always in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or manage any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.
