Internal Information System
The document concerning the Internal Information System (IIS) of Columbus Venture Partners, S.G.E.I.C., S.A.U. outlines the implementation of the IIS in accordance with Law 2/2023 (the “Policy”). This system protects individuals who report regulatory violations and corruption. The Policy applies to all members of Columbus as well as to external whistleblowers in a work and/or professional context.
The IIS includes an Internal Reporting Channel that ensures confidentiality and allows for anonymous communication. Principles of accessibility, security, confidentiality, and current data protection regulations apply. The Internal Channel is the preferred reporting method, but whistleblowers may also use other channels established by public authorities (“external channels”).
The Policy defines the procedure for the receipt, processing, and resolution of communications. Whistleblowers are protected against retaliation, and the rights of all parties involved are safeguarded. For further details, the full version of the Policy document is available here.
